ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead branding and packaging design across our global product portfolio. Based in Dublin you’ll collaborate daily with our UK offices, taking ownership of creative direction and ensuring our design language remains consistent, purposeful, and human.
This is a leadership role for an experienced designer who’s as comfortable creating as they are mentoring, someone who sees design as a tool for storytelling and tangible impact.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of experience in branding or packaging design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical ability.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual hierarchy.
Leadership and mentoring experience within creative teams.
Experience working to international design standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to join our Dublin studio, working with our global teams in London, Manchester and India. You’ll play a key role in developing visual identities, packaging systems, and marketing assets that bring clarity, trust, and emotion to healthcare brands.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary creative environment - collaborating with industrial designers, render artists, and strategists to connect visual storytelling with real products.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of experience in branding, packaging, or visual design.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Compliance Manager - Medical Devices to lead regulatory compliance across our product range. This role involves managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations, overseeing quality control processes, and supporting product lifecycle compliance from development through to post-market surveillance. You will work closely with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure all products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Strong experience in medical device compliance and regulatory affairs

Knowledge of MHRA, EU MDR, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks

Experience managing technical documentation and product registrations (e.g. EUDAMED)

Ability to oversee quality control, supplier audits, and post-market surveillance

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic business decisions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
5+ years accounting experience, including preparation of quarterly and annual accounts

Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards, HMRC requirements, and compliance

3+ years hands-on experience using Xero in day-to-day operations

Experience liaising with external accountants and supporting year-end processes

Ability to manage payroll processes, including HMRC submissions and reconciliations

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and financial control
